We are a financial services company that offers Capital Raising, Financial Advisory, and Executive Training to clients. We work with businesses that seek to dominate their markets and shape the future of Africa through the power of ideas, relentless enterprise & visionary capital. We work with SMEs, MSMEs and Large corporates across multiple industries. We are looking to hire Analysts across our key services areas of Capital Raising, Business Consulting and Strategic Planning as well as SME Incubation. We urgently seek to fill the position of an Investor Relationship Officer.

Job Descriptions

  • Perform routine closings as well as maintain clean, accurate and accessible records and keep a close eye on transaction updates monthly. 
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of events in global markets and industries.
  • Compile and write the periodic (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) company and market reports 
  • Assist in creating and managing client feedback programs to ensure the best value delivery 
  • Conduct meetings with clients and management and assist in preparing presentations for investors’ education and participate in investors’ meetings. 
  • Source for institutional and private investors. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and related guidelines where needed. 
  • Analyse corporate activities for investors, identifying networking and other opportunities to build and create new initiatives. 
  • Produce complex financial models for integration into decision-making processes. 


  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields. 
  • ICAN, ACCA or other relevant professional body membership is an added advantage 
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in similar roles.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 
  • High numerical and statistical skills 
  • Deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines 
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages and databases 
  • Knowledge of MS Office and tools with the ability to develop financial valuation models
